This 10 week program will help you set goals that make sense for you and provide
tips and tools along the way to help you reach those goals – including at-a-glance
progress so you can see just how you’re doing! You can sign up on your own,
or if you like to “work out” with others, you can sign up as part of
a team. You can even invite your family members and friends to join you, whether
they live around the corner or across the country! A message board will be available
for you to share your own tips, challenges and successes – and to hear from
others, as well.
